OUR HISTORY
 

J C Bernard and Associates was founded in 1946 by Jack Bernard. As a hardware manufacturer's representative, he initially covered the states of Texas and Oklahoma. Today, we represent numerous manufacturers and have a team of sales representatives across the United States.

 

 

What We Do

 

Field Sales

Building relationships at the store level by consistent call schedules. Provide product knowledge and two way communication between the field and factory.

Corporate Sales

Our sales reps have years of experience working with their accounts. They strive for placement of lines in distributor warehouses and create promotions to drive business.

Customer Service

When you call J C Bernard & Associates, the phones are answered by knowledgeable customer service specialists who can assist you now. We feel it is important to the overall customer experience that our phones are answered by actual people and not an automated system. Our customer service team is located at our headquarters in Southlake, Texas.  

Merchandising

Set and maintain planograms, merchandisers and POP displays. 

Trade Shows

We attend and participate in over 20 industry trade shows each year promoting the lines we represent.
